All orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 48 hours (returns to UK address), with the exception of weekends and public holidays, where they will be sent the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Free shipping is available on all orders over £100.
We ship with DHL/Royal MAil. Delivery can take 4-10 days depending on location.
£5 shipping is charged on orders under £100.
Express Post is available for £15 to the UK via DHL Express.
Returns
We are happy to fully refund/exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact hello@silkytots.com for the return address (UK warehouse), should you wish to return/exchange an item.
Please note:
Returns can be accepted if the products have been opened to try for size etc. but must be unused, clean and returned in the original box, so please take care when opening.
Return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

One of my best purchases during a late night feed! Baby has no bald spots! The one night I didn’t put it back on after washing he woke up with his hair all scuffed which hasn’t happened since I started using silky tots. Also loving the pram one as it stops his head wobbling around when things get bumpy. Highly recommend!

I have ordered from silky tots the stroller insert, basinet and crib sleeves and I love them! My baby has a full head of hair that we wanted to protect and these products have kept her hair soft and no bald spots! They are super soft and easy to care for! I would 100% review these for mamas wanting to avoid bald spots on their babies heads!
