Free Standard Shipping to the UK for orders over $100.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and speedy delivery. All orders will be dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 48 hours (returns to UK address). Order placed on weekends and pubic holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

International 

No import VAT should be charged on orders imported to the UK. If you are charged VAT, please pay the invoice and send it to hello@silkytots.com for reimbursement.

From 1 July 2021 VAT is due on all commercial goods imported into the EU regardless of their value. We are part of the IOSS which means that, for orders not exceeding €150, we collect the VAT for you and pay that to the relevant local tax authorities, meaning you don't have to pay it on delivery.

For orders over €150, no tax charges will be applied at checkout but they may be charged directly via your local customs authority. 

Returns

We are happy to fully refund/exchange any unused items within 14 days of purchase. Please contact hello@silkytots.com for the return address (UK warehouse), should you wish to return/exchange an item.

Please note:

Returns can be accepted if the products have been opened to try for size etc. but must be unused, clean (unwashed) and returned in the original box, so please take care when opening.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty.
